Proper packaging refers to the process of ensuring that a product or item is safely and securely enclosed or wrapped to protect it from damage or contamination during storage, handling, and transportation. We take it as very important step.

Before each part leaves our factory, it undergoes dimensions inspection (checking whether the size conforms to the drawing requirements), visual inspection (checking for scratches, burrs, and stains), and finally cleaning and packaging. Packaging is also a very important step, as it directly affects whether the product can reach the customer’s warehouse intact. Therefore, we will provide customers with the most suitable packaging method based on the different products and transportation methods, to ensure that the goods are delivered to the customer intact.

For air shipping, we will use materials that can absorb shock and prevent damage from impact. Bubble wrap, foam padding, and corrugated cardboard boxes are commonly used for this purpose.

For sea shipment,  parts should be packaged in sturdy containers that can support the weight and prevent shifting during transportation. Pallets and wooden crates are often used for this purpose.
